Owners of any Chart FX product receive 30 days of free e-mail and phone support from date of purchase OR 1 free incident beyond the 30 days per serial number. To obtain support, simply include your product serial number along with the details of your issue when communicating with support.
Priority Support Program
Owners of any Chart FX product may sign up for a full one year subscription of direct phone and e-mail contact with our tech support staff. A support account is required for this option.
