Chart FX 7 for Java Desktop
Development Licensing
For development,Chart FX 7 for Java Desktop is licensed on a per-developer basis. Development
licenses allow your developers to fully integrate and test Chart FX into your Swing-based applications. However, applications built with a Development license will show a
"Not for Production" message when deployed to a non-licensed machine.
Deployment Licensing
Chart FX 7 for Java Desktop deployment is licensed based on a per Application Deployment model.
In other words, you will need one deployment license for each application you plan
to deploy, whether internally within your company or for external redistribution
within your applications, regardless of the number of users.
For Example, if you have a team of 5 developers working on adding Charts to Application "A", each one of those developers will require its own development license.
Once Application "A" is ready for deployment, a deployment license needs to be
obtained. This deployment license consists of a License String that is passed to the chart through code. Once the
application is compiled with the deployment license, the application can be deployed
to as many users as required..

1 developer working on 1 application.
Required Products
Only one license for development and one for deployment will be required. The recommended
purchase would be:

3 developers working on 2 different applications. All 3 developers will
be using Chart FX.
Required Products
Each developer will need his/her own development license. Additionally, since you
are working on 2 different applications, you will need 2 deployment licenses. The
recommended purchase in this case would be the following:

- 2Chart FX 7 for Java Desktop Developer Licenses
- 1Chart FX 7 for Java Desktop Application Deployment License

5 Developers working on 1 application, which will be packaged for redistribution
to several of your own corporate customers.

Each developer will need his/her own development license. You will need one license
for deployment as well. The recommended purchase in this
case would be the following:
